Hello ladies!

Recently we’ve been experiencing some odd transitions into spring weather here in Lafayette, Indiana. Just when I thought the 50-60 degree days were here to stay, NOPE… we are plunging back into the frozen dead of winter. Don’t let my smiles fool you.. It was freezing and I think my legs were going numb.

Today’s look is one of my favorites. Neutrals with a bold pop of color! Yes I know some of you may not consider animal prints a neutral but I disagree! Or maybe I just cannot keep myself from being extra at all cost. Either way, here are the details on today’s look. I am wearing a super comfy suede moto from Shein which is SO affordable. I don’t think you will find a better deal on a suede moto anywhere. Another great deal is this python dress from Nastygal! And by the way, that epic 80% off sale? Still happening. Go check it out now. Seriously, it’s amazing.

This one goes out to all my NastyGal fans!

I am ecstatic because NastyGal is one of my favorite places to shop and they are having an up to 80 PERCENT OFF SALE. This is not a drill. I encourage you all to check it out right now because they have some amazing things for SO cheap. Two of my favorite finds are this velvet crop top and high waisted mom jeans which I have paired with some edgy biker boots from Steve Madden. These jeans are definitely my favorites right now as they are comfy, casual, and pair so well with heels for a night out with a cute little crop top like this one.

My exact boots are no longer for sale, but I have listed 3 equally cute Steve Madden ones!

Hello Gorgeous!

Today marks 2 years with my boyfriend, Victor! I am so incredibly blessed to have him in my life and can’t believe how time flies. On that note I have also been blogging for a little over a year now which is crazy to me! Anyway, I figure this year I will begin sharing more about my personal life with you all so I just thought it would be a good time to share this special milestone of my life. Tonight I am in for a home cooked Italian meal and couldn’t be more excited : ( Tuesdays are my worst day for classes and all I’ve eaten is one Starbucks tomato basil mozzarella panini).

This fun little outfit is so affordable and fun I just couldn’t wait to share with you all! This fur Jacket from Shein is only $34 and is a perfect statement jacket, especially with Valentine’s Day around the corner! I just love anything fur and I can wear this coat from class to a night out easily. My little green velvet skirt is from Forever 21 and only $12! Talk about a steal.

The priciest thing I am wearing are my Top Shop metallic booties which go for $110 on Nordstrom but they are so comfortable and so worth the price. I can wear them all night long and feel NO pain as they are softly padded on the inside.

As usual, all items are linked below.

Good morning lovelies!

I am writing from the comfort of my cozy bed with a cup of hot chocolate and some fluffy socks this morning because Indiana winter weather has struck us with another bleak and snowy day. It’s days like these when I am most looking forward to a much needed vacation! Spring break is just around the corner and I am prepping for a trip to California with my best friends. Luckily for me I have the most adorable personalized bags from Jon Hart Design for all my upcoming adventures!

Both my Medium Square Duffel and Mini Makeup Case are a part of the new color series “Rose”. I am loving this beautiful feminine color and how it pairs so beautifully with my other rosey outfits! I’m so happy I got to help introduce this color to you all! These bags are not only beautiful, but both oh so functional. The coated canvas makes them durable which keeps me free from worrying about my clothes not staying nicely folded or organized which often happens when using softer fabric luggage. These bags are high quality and I know I will be able to use them for a lifetime.

The Medium Square Duffel is the perfect bag for a college student like me who has to travel home for long breaks a few times a year. I could easily fit outfits for a month in this bag with a few pairs of shoes and be happy. There are also side pockets which would be great for storing accessories or hair products like a curling iron or blow dryer. The Shoulder strap has leather padding which makes it comfortable to carry even when it starts to get heavy!

The Mini Makeup Case fits nicely inside the duffel and keeps all my staple makeup products safe and orderly. Again, so appreciative of the canvas design because it keeps objects in my luggage from puncturing the makeup bag or causing leaks.

Thank you for following along today and I hope you all go check out Jon Hart Designs to find new travel bags that you will adore as much as I adore mine! I cant wait to share my next travels with you all with these beauties by my side.

Happy New Years Eve beautifuls! Today I’m going to get personal because what better time. I’m gonna start with the good and go into some of the struggles that I’ve encountered this year.

At this time last year I was in the BVI’s with my boyfriend Victor! We will be together 2 years on the 30th and have grown so much as a couple this year. I also managed to make straight A’s this semester while making new friends, balancing a social life and my blog! Because of you amazing people, I have grown my instagram from around 1,000 to 10,400. I also got to study abroad with Victor and a group of amazing classmates in different majors and had my first internship with LINJA shoes. Victor and I got to travel to Paris, Zurich, Malaga and other cool cities in Europe!

On a sadder note, the beginning of the year wasn’t the best for me. I moved out of my sorority before winter break leading up to 2017. I don’t feel the need to go into detail but it was 100% for the best and I am so happier now to be out of it. Long story short I was dealing with anxiety and depression at the time and my grades and social life suffered because of it. I was also very anxious about myfuture and what would happen after college which put stress on my relationship and myself. During my study abroad trip in Amsterdam, my bunny passed away and my dad had a stroke. He was treated right away and is doing great now but needless to say I was a mess for a while.

In conclusion, This year was full of highs and lows but I have learned a lot from each experience. I am ready to take 2018 head on and see what the next chapter of my life has in store.
